Two years ago I started the Body Confidance Party and it changed my life just as much as it changed the women who came.
Every single event I watch women let loose on the dance floor, take the most incredible photos, laugh until their faces hurt, and leave with memories they're still talking about months later. There is nothing like being in a room full of women who are just fully, unapologetically themselves.
And after every event — without fail — my DMs blow up. "When is the next one?! I HAVE to come!" So trust me, I heard you.
Here's the thing though — the lingerie aspect of the Body Confidance Party isn't for everyone and I get that. I wanted to create something that felt just as magical but way more of an easy yes. An event where every single woman could walk through the door, feel like herself, and have the absolute time of her life.
The 90s is PERFECT for that. We all grew up in it. We all loved it. And if you need outfit inspo? Literally just raid your husband's side of the closet, grab an oversized flannel, and you're already serving.

Do I need to come with friends?
Not even a little. Women come solo all the time and leave with a whole new crew. The room is designed to feel welcoming from the moment you walk in.
What should I wear?
Anything that makes you feel like you. 90s vibes are encouraged — butterfly clips, baggy jeans, windbreakers, slip dresses — but there's no dress code and zero judgment.
What's included in my ticket?
One mimosa, brunch bites, access to the dance floor all afternoon, and the photo backdrop. Everything is waiting when you arrive.
