I speak at conferences, corporate events, workshops, and women’s events where the goal is real connection, confidence, and lasting impact—not just inspiration that fades by Monday.
My talks are designed to help women show up more fully as themselves—through vulnerability, self-trust, and a new way of seeing their bodies, their confidence, and their worth.
Speaking engagements typically range from $1,000–$2,500, depending on the event type, audience, and location.

For events without a speaker budget, I offer a limited number of opportunities through an in-kind partnership, structured as a consulting exchange at my rate of $250/hour.
